The Mexico Performance Manager within the International Team of Growth at Rappi is responsible for almost 25% of the overall inorganic performance of the region.
The function is matricial between acquisition + CRM global teams that optimize performance at squad level and the countries responsible for.
This role will oversee budget allocation strategy through channels and other Local pain points (such as vendor or courier retention)

Driving and prioritizing tests together with global squads balancing new ideas and good old strategies.
Delivering on local Growth Managers OKRs : Local channels (offline mkt, partnerships, and influencers) and sourcing relevant local content and campaigns for online channels.
Creating reporting structure that serves countries GM at squad level, reporting on a regular basis inorganic growth performance to countries
Raising early performance flags to squad level responsibles
Working closely with Brand to optimize creative processes to improve creative performance
Minimum 2 years of experience in online marketing, in a heavily performance driven environment
Experiencing interacting in a matricial structure with key stakeholders
Thrives working in a very fast paced, rapidly evolving environment
Exceptional problem solving skills - comfortable working in changing environments and dealing with highly complex business challenges
Very comfortable working with performance metrics and concepts (CPO, CAC, CR, incrementality, cohorts and control groups)
