Responsibilities
Set and lead XBR market strategy for Spanish Speaking Latam.
Advocate and communicate strategy to LATAM regional teams and cross-functional leadership.
Identify step change growth opportunities for the XBR market
Negotiate multi-faceted, complex deals for the region and ensure proper partnership management for Partner Program Manager.
Manage the full project lifecycle from ideation through launch.
Work cross-functionally to gain buy-in, support, and assistance
Drive new product introduction for Spanish Speaking Latam Region
Conduct business analytics to support each opportunity and monitor performance data.
Ability to set expectations and manage stakeholder relationships successfully
Ability to build internal and external alliances to gain and share information including industry trends
Job Requirements
Technology / online industry experience. Team management experience. Knowledge of online products and market dynamics; understanding of PayPal’s strategic and competitive position.
Large scale project management experience. Track record of effectively delivering large-scale and / or multiple projects at one time in very fast-moving environment.
Ability to provide direction and prioritize team goals and workload
ability to develop strategy, business plans, customer and market insights, analyze campaign effectiveness / ROI.
Impeccable written and oral communication skills
Ability to travel at least 30% of time
Fluency in English and Spanish.
