The role :
Keep on top the position of Agfa with current customers, generate new business with customers of the competition in the West Region of the Mexican Republic, with the principles and values of the company, with a broad knowledge of Agfa products and services and of the competition, promoting the added value to consolidate long-term business.
Main responsibilities :
Develop and increase sales and new business with current customers and dealers, Gain new customers from the competition
Recover customers, Identify customer needs, Develop savings charts based on customer analysis, Work hand in hand with the sales manager to generate stable and healthy businesses
Achieve Sales Budget, Sales of CTP and digital printing equipment, Generate consumer contracts with processing equipment
Generate consumer contracts with software development, Maintain updated Agfa sales tools
Coordinate the product specialist based on regional prioritie and Have identified and follow up the customers of the dealers.
To be successful in the position, you will need :
Solid Experience in similar positions, Market knowledge (product, company, competition), Customer and prospect knowledge
Technology sales skills,
Excellent spelling and writing, Knowledge in sales consumables and equipment to Graphic Arts.
Sales experience in direct and dealer customers
Local market knowledge
Listening ability, negotiation, influence, empathy, determination, effective communication, proactivity, creativity, planning and organization work, autonomy, team work.
Values such as honesty, punctuality, assertiveness, self-discipline, commitment.
Residence in Guadalajara or flexibility to move.
