you will :

  • Be responsible for the sales strategies and results for your accounts / territory
  • Manage local segment resellers / VARs / COEMs as well as key global ecosystem partners
  • Engage and establish business with new customers (distributors / retailers / VARs / COEMs) in your region
  • Work with cross functional teams (Pricing, Marketing, Technical Support) to define the Go to Market for your sales segments and execute within region to achieve / exceed company’s revenue targets
  • Oversee all aspects of the relationship with the Accounts (direct and indirect) : Revenue, Budget, Events, Business Plan, Forecasting, Quarterly Business Reviews, Product Mix, Sales Training, Communications, Sales Operations, Technical Support, Finance &Collections processes, Contract / Legal (as needed), with the ultimate goal of growing the revenue and share under your responsibility
  • Complete accurate and timely reports about customer / prospect and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain detailed account profiles including organizational charts for all accounts to be reviewed by management on a quarterly basis
  • Develop and coordinate executive level relationships with accounts and Seagate's internal executives
  • Maintain continuity and up-to-date knowledge of industry and technical trends
  • Create and maintain an understanding of TAM, share and growth opportunities
  • Create and execute joint business plans with key customers
  • Establish relationships with key government business VARs and ensure Seagate participation in bid opportunities for federal, state and local bids
  • Nurture and grow the LaCie and retail businesses

  • Your experience includes :

  • Prior experience with proven track record in technology / component sales and business development
  • Ability to uncover customer needs and potential market trends to formulate a customer strategy in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Excellent presentation skills and public speaking experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Available to work from home office
  • Bachelor’s degree and / or equivalent experience
  • You might also have :

  • Bilingual english / spanish strongly preferred
  • Location : Guadalajara, MXor Mexico City, MX (will work remote)

    Travel : 30%
