To provide SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) application support for the SAP Payroll module.
Designs and configures reliable, sustainable, best practice HCM PY (CFDI) solutions aligned with customer requirements and expectations.
Participates in HCM projects in accordance with Company project management methodology. Leads small to medium sized projects.
Individual contributor to an HCM application portfolio supporting several companies with approximately 27,000 employees, supporting our Central Business Partners and Key Users.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
2+ years of experience in the design and configuration of the SAP HCM Module including the sub-modules,Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
2+ years of experience in the documentation of functional requirements pursuant to HCM systems and processes.
3+ years of experience working with HR subject matter experts to define requirements, recommend solutions, and communicate HCM best practices.
2+ years of experience leading or participating in moderately complex SAP HCM projects.
1+ SAP HCM full life cycle implementations or participation in 1-3 full implementations of HCM sub-modules desired.
