Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey.

From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base.

This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more.

In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will interact with Google Cloud’s strategic technology partners, system integrators, specialized partners and service partners in the cloud space.

Together with them you will create go-to-market strategies and co-marketing activities that will drive awareness and growth of our joint solutions.

You will craft integrated marketing campaigns with our partners using your technical aptitude, leadership skills and business judgment.

Additionally, you will generate high-impact ideas, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.

You have an understanding of cloud computing, data and analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning. In this role, you will develop effective working relationships and interactions with partners, customers, leaders, sales leads and other product and marketing groups across Google.

  • Develop and own the overall partner marketing strategy and program for Google Cloud in region. Develop an understanding of partner needs and how to best position Google Cloud products in the market.
  • Segment and profile key markets, identify partners to engage and enable to help grow Google Cloud adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Sales Manager(s) within the assigned region / territory. Define a list of partners to jointly develop and execute localized awareness generation programs that promote Google Cloud solutions.
  • Establish marketing strategy and plans with partners to drive growth.
  • Manage lead flow with Google Sales teams and Partner Sales, ensuring optimized process workflow into Salesforce and reporting.
  • Collaborate with regional Partner / Field Marketing team to ensure uniform process and content usage.

    Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in partner marketing and multi channel marketing with enterprise software, infrastructure or platform-as-a-service technology brands.
  • Experience in enterprise software purchase cycles, cloud based subscription markets and IT partners.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • MBA / Graduate degree
  • Experience working with and executing co-marketing programs with global system integrators (GSI), system integrators (SI), technology, managed services and reseller partners.
  • Experience working closely with executive teams to drive adoption.
  • Experience managing external creative agencies, events vendors and international projects.
  • Ability to interact with highly technical stakeholders and technologies with excellent technical acumen and project management skills.
