General Summary

Es responsable de entrenar al Personal Operativo y Administrativo que por necesidades de la organización así lo requiera en las operaciones básicas de los distintos procesos, basándose en los criterios de calidad establecidos por el cliente y manuales de entrenamiento disponibles.

Realiza reportes de aprendizaje, certificación y recertificación. Da soporte en la verificación de métodos de operaciones básicas en procesos productivos y mantiene archivos e historiales de entrenamiento

Is responsible to train the Operative and administrative personnel, that, due to the needs of the organization, requires it in the basic operations of the different processes, based on the quality criteria established by the client and available training manuals.

Make learning, certification and recertification reports. Provides support in the verification of basic operations methods in productive processes and maintains records and training history.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proporciona entrenamiento elemental al personal operativo tanto de nuevo ingreso como personal base en las operaciones criticas enlistadas en la matriz entrenamiento.
  • Provides elementary training to operational personnel both new entry and base personnel in the critical operations listed in the training matrix

  • Entrena al personal en base a las instrucciones de trabajo y manuales de capacitación. / Train staff based on work instructions and training manuals
  • Proporciona entrenamiento al personal Salary de nuevo ingreso de las áreas de Ingeniería. / Provides training to Salary staff newly admitted to the areas of Engineering.
  • Entrena en operaciones críticas. / Train in critical operations
  • Da seguimiento al plan de desarrollo del personal. / Follow up on the staff development plan
  • Da seguimiento al proceso de recertificaciones. / Follow up the recertification process
  • Captura capacitaciones en sistema TRESS. / Capture trainings in TRESS system.
  • Genera reportes. / Generates reports
  • Genera Matrices de Habilidades. / Generates Skill Matrices
  • Genera constancia de habilidades (DS3). / Generate skills constancy (DS3
