The sales engineer is an external sales position, that acts as the commercial face of Emerson with our current customers and potential customers.
Sales Engineer is the front end of any potential business to be pursued and the first point of contact from our customers for any type of requirement either technical or commercial related.
The ultimate goal of the Sales Engineer is to drive business growth in the territory / accounts assigned for the RAS, Control and Safety Business portfolio by means of achieving / exceeding the assigned quotas and completing / implementing the SYSS market initiatives.
In order to achieve the above goal, the Sales Engineer position should :
Generate trust and loyalty for its customers through and outstanding service attitude by fulfilling customer requests in a high quality and timely manner.
Strong look ahead attitude that constantly innovates on ways Emerson can bring value to customers
Constantly generate business relationships with customer new contacts inside the accounts and increase relationships with current or already established contacts.
Bring inside Emerson customer requirements on a very professional and organized open communication with the corresponding priorities and avoiding over committing or generating expectations for the customers that won’t be possible to meet.
