The Team :
The Mattel Sales Team is responsible for business relationships with different clients across Latin America. We develop large business and plans, which ensure our clients’ growth in the toy industry.
Our goal is the development of the company in a long-term through commercial strategies that allows the correct performance of our brands in the different markets.
The Opportunity :
this role will be a member of a dynamic team focused on developing business and strengthening customer relationships. This position reports directly into the Sr Manager Sales.
What Your Impact Will Be :
o Support in the construction of commercial strategies to gain share in a profitable way
o Manage the budget to incentivize the POS or sell out of the market
o Definition of promotional commercial plans and portfolio strategy
o Leading the inventory management project
o Resource management to be able to work together on projects with Marketing and Trade Marketing
o Channel building and growth
