YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and analyze the transport service through the established computer system.
Analyze daily reports of the management status of the transport and dining service (schedules, frequencies, coverage, etc.
identifying possible operational and cost risks.
Monitoring of service indicators, evaluating their compliance, to report the results to area management.
Track the records of the waybills and control of the units.
Execute periodic plan of audits and service units.
Review and coordinate the daily program with the transportation and dining service provider.
Analyze the variation of the operational costs of transport and dining services to propose measures for optimization and rationalization of resources.
Operations research application (optimization).
Analysis of projections by variation in the operational requirement of BRP (personnel volume, changes in shifts, variation of requirements)
Follow up on reports and incidents of the service.
Conduct periodic audits to the transportation and dining service provider.
Manage and present the KPIs of the transportation and dining service.
Identification, analysis and implementation of a project to improve the transportation and dining service.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Minimum experience 3 years
Industrial Engineer, Engineer in transport, logistics or related career.
Domain in Operations Research (Optimization)
Analytical and Methodical
Sense of urgency
Communication skills and interpersonal relationships
