CUSTOMER LEVEL FORECASTING
Responsible to develop and maintain an internal forecast, leverage customer data and collaboration to develop a more robust forecasting model for turn promotional volume, manage customer forecast exceptions to eliminate forecast error.
Use Customer data to analyze store and DC inventories, identify and manage seasonal and non-seasonal trends, manage gaps between Customer POS and retail forecast
and manage product flow throughout Red Bull and retailers supply chain.
Enter promotional ans seasonal information in customer systems and update forecast in Red Bull systems to include correct items, location, and timing.
Collaborate with customer on Replenishment settings and event strategy.
REDUCING SHRINK / WASTE
Eliminate trapped inventory within Customer’s Supply Chain, manage Replenishment flags in Customer systems and make necessary forecast adjustments to prevent code date rotation issues.
Communicate over stock situations timely to prevent short-dated product.
COLLABORATION (Internal and External)
Build and maintain customer and internal stakeholder relationships that will ultimately drive supply chain efficiency and business influence, lead Supply Chain collaboration process with Customer and internal partners.
Monthly / Quarterly collaboration with Customer Replenishment and supply chain stakeholders.
Track Customer Days of Supply and Days on Hand POS, In-Stocks and report to Customer and Internal partners as necessary.
Track Fill Rate & Customer Forecast Accuracy / Bias and communicate to stakeholders.
