Eaton’s Vehicle division is currently seeking a TPM Coordinator to join our team. This position is based at ournew Aguascalientes Mexico facility.
The TPM Coordinator is responsible for supportingfacilities and equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs for the newsite start-up and on-going operations.
Provides advanced troubleshooting, repair and installation of electronicand electronic controlled equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Some activities related with the position willbe :
Owns and administrates CMMS (ComputerizedMaintenance Management System, Oracle EAM)
Provides training on the usagefor CMMS to users (requesters and technicians)
Develops, updates and providetraining to operators and supervisors for autonomous care documentation for allequipment in plant
Updates Assets at CMMS
Develops and updates PMroutines at CMMS
Performs Cycle counts to Toolsand Equipment parts in maintenance s warehouse
Works with Maintenancesupervisor to ensure parts in reorder point are addressed with purchaserequisition
Schedules PM plan forequipment and facilities
Provides TPM training at alllevels in EV Aguascalientes plan.
Works with engineering toensure there is a plan to improve top offenders’ equipment
Works with engineering toensure change management is followed and all needed information is providedbefore an equipment is shipped to the plant (Risk assessments, Manuals, BOM,Prints, schematics, PLC Backups, Recommended spare list)
Develops and updates LOTOprocedures
Updates Maintenanceperformance Charts (PM schedule completion, MTBF, MTTR, RT, DT)
Updates and administrates thecritical spare parts list and critical machinery list in EV Aguascalientesplan.
Performs mechanical,electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repair work on plant equipment
Troubleshoots and repairsmachine malfunctions and mechanical problems and electrical problems
Keeps work area clean and freeof hazards 5-S program
Performs preventivemaintenance on plant equipment
Completes special projects asrequired including design and repair work on material handling systems andother mechanical devices
Designs and fabricates partsto improve machine operation
Completes projects as directed(machine moves, modifications, installations, material handling, remodeling,work area, etc.)
Programs basic electroniccontrol equipment.
Recommends changes forexisting production equipment to improve product quality, equipment reliabilityand equipment productivity.
Documents electricalmodifications to machine tools on associated electrical drawings.
Recommends modifications ofelectronic control equipment
Help train machine operators on operation ofnew control systems.

Required(Basic) Qualifications :
BS or Technical college in IndustrialMaintenance, Mechatronics or equivalent
Knowledge of blueprintand process sheet reading
Knowledge of electricaland electronic systems
Proficient in pneumaticand hydraulic systems
Knowledge ofprogrammable logic controls
Proficient in plumbingsystems
Knowledge of CNCMachines
Preferred Qualifications :
5yrsMaintenance and / or electrical experience
English(able to communicate with no supervision)
Associatesdegree in related field
Previouswork experience with CMMS software (Oracle EAM is a plus)
Previouswork experience in Tool and Die
UnderstandsStatistical Process Control
Understandingof electronic circuitry
Workingknowledge of heat treating and metallurgical principles
Workingknowledge of steel types and ability to determine which are best in differentplant applications
Demonstratedunderstanding of metal cutting, inserts, feeds, speeds, etc.
