The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will manage the internal flow of work by communicating customer requirements and by working closely with team members to consistently stay on track within our timeline.
The CSR serves as an external educator to customers to convey expertise information. The CSR has the responsibility of reviewing the clients initial job specifications, issue and / or order consumables needed to complete the job.
The CSR will be active in processing client artwork, proofing by clearly communicating constraints or issues relating to the job.
The CSR’s overall focus is to process orders in a timely manner while servicing customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS
Discuss our services to customers by telephone or in person, take or enter orders, and obtain details about customer complaints.
Prepare work orders for pre press to have proofs and samples made. - - Order color folders if necessary.
Send proofs and samples out for approval.
Enter dollar value to bookings log.
Post reservation production tickets.
Prepare UPS packages for approvals.
Enter raw material allocations.
Attend production meeting to track jobs.
Manage finished goods inventory for major accounts.
Data entry of print order information.
Process customer billing and vendor invoices.
Quote and spec print orders.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of experience in related field (printing or thermoforming experience preferred).
Good computer skills.
Strong communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
