What you’ll do
We are looking for a highly collaborative Senior Financial Analyst to join the Global Financial Planning & Analysis Center of Expertise.
Though based in Mexico City, the global role will be part of a globally diverse group that provides company-wide insights into factors for achieving revenue growth and profitability through analysis, data visualization, advanced reporting, and analytics.
The goal is to enhance business leadership's operational decision-making capabilities.
The role requires the ability to understand the big picture as well as the underlying details. The ideal candidate takes initiative, seeks challenges, learns new concepts and tools quickly, navigates ambiguity well, and is comfortable presenting information to any level of management.
The position reports to the FP&A Director of Planning and Budgeting based in São Paulo, Brazil.
You will :
Prepare ad hoc and standard financial statements and reports. Review and analyze financial statements and reports. Assist with the modeling, preparation, and analysis of budgets, forecasts, scenarios, and simulations.
Gather, prepare, analyze, and present financial data in financial plans and financial models. Perform market or economic research to evaluate business plans, rates of return, CAGR, ARR, CAC, TCLV, investment opportunities, investment performance, and potential impact of governmental / tax requirements.
Conduct research to support ad hoc questions or opportunities. Provide direct support to Finance Business Partners, engaging various functions within the business and developing deep operational knowledge of the assigned business function(s).
Perform other duties as assigned.What we’re looking for
English proficiency : listening, reading, writing and speaking Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to make formal presentations to all levels of management Strong PC skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint VBA), and experience with accounting ERP systems and financial consolidation systems Experience with basic data query and reporting tools SQL).
Knowledge of basic programming a plus, including SAS Programming and SAS Analytics software. Desire and ability to learn and apply both data visualization and advanced analytics software Ability to understand, interpret, prepare, and present conclusions on financial / performance data Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, including US GAAP and IFRS You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.

Eight+ years of progressive professional accounting and business analysis experience, preferably in a large corporate environment.
Three+ year of Business Analysis / Business Partnership experience preferred. Experience in SaaS, software, or information technology industry preferred Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
Master’s degree and / or CPA certification preferred (or internationally, a recognized accountancy qualification). Understanding of statistics a plus.
