About the Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a User Experience Trainer who is passionate about ensuring that our people are equipped with the skills and knowledge to operate our central IT in the best possible way.
Daily, you will apply your excellent communication and writing skills to deliver amazing and engaging communications, presentations and training sessions.
The main focus is to eliminate any system knowledge gap of the end-user. You are someone who is system savvy, self-driven and using your initiative to enhance the system knowledge to all users.
This role will evaluate the outcome of any training and briefing sessions to ensure a high level of expertise is consistently delivered, building a culture of confidence and in-depth system knowledge.
In this varied role you will be responsible for :
Working with the DMS team and Business partner to ensure the end-user experience is optimized
Liaise with various groups in the organization to obtain end-user feedback
Being on video call and chat to coach users thought problems.
Initiate and deliver content based on feedback or knowledge gaps from the business
Analyze knowledge and skill gap to then Design and maintain and deliver all training collateral (including SOPs, facilitation notes, videos, presentation, webinar)
Perform regular organization-wide training on any system update
Evaluate the effectiveness of each training session
Collaborate and Liaise with the Peopleworks team to prepare training plans and learning outcomes.
Work with system specialist to prepare system newsletter for the end-user regularly
Communicate any system update, changes release effectively to business workstreams using the most effective communication tools to do so
Compile any feedback from the end-user or business workstream and deliver it to the System Specialist
The Essentials :
University degree in the User Experience, Travel Technology, IT or Tourism. Or work experience equivalent.
3 years’ work in the Travel Industry, DMC or Tourism / GDS Technology role.
Fluent in both written and spoken English is required and Spanish would be an advantage.
Proven experience in training, presentation and written skills
Extensive experience with presentation tools and attract reading rate among user
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives

A flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends and early mornings and flexible with uncertainties / changing priorities and under pressure.
Willing to travel on business when required
