We are looking for a Director of B2B Sales to join us as a key leader in Mexico.. A successful candidate thrives in a fast-
paced and challenging environment, has a passion for sales and is strong in influencing and mentoring others. Reporting to Country Manager you will be responsible for the strategic and organisational management of the B2B sales team, setting goals and objectives according with corporate targets.
Identification of new market opportunities and potential growth engines, including the growth of new clients / members. You will be in charge of maximizing sales of the company, responsible for the operations of a company’s sales force, development and implementation of annual sales, monitoring performance of teams and sales goals.
The Director of B2B Sales will have the following responsibilities :
Understand the inputs and outputs of our business model
Understand our global strategy and use this knowledge cross-functionally to help increase our value to clients
Prospect to potential corporate customers, perform deals introductions and make customization per customer needs
Achieve and maintain the positioning of our company as leader its sector through the implementation of the agreed plans
Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible
Attending key meetings with members of the sales team
Attending weekly meetings with other senior members of the business
Working on account management plans with the sales managers
Acting as a spokesperson for the organisation at sales events and conferences
Strategize, negotiate, and close business. Responsible for managing our sales cycle, for closing the deals that were generated by the Business Development team
Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using Salesforce.com for maximum efficiency and visibility
Responsible for ensuring that each team member meet individual OKR’s according to sales goals of the company
Driving and maximizing sales revenue and delivering profitable growth by promoting the growing capabilities of our offerings in the spanish geography
Manage relationship with potential clients.
While continually setting the client first, lead the sales team to deliver results by executing every day, week after week, and month to month
Develop territorial plans and report results monthly. Reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances
Motivate and lead a fast paced company with sales representatives focusing in corporate clients acquisition in all spanish territory
Guarantee the hiring and development of sales talents to support continued aggressive growth. Coaching, leading, and ensuring high level performance of the spanish team
Observing sales behavior to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
Constantly strive to raise the bar in terms of talent, execution, process design, goals, and incentives
Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as Marketing, Operations, Business Development and Customer Success) on issues and opportunities impacting the business
Present results to business leaders meetings and executives
Ensure adherence to annual budgets.
Build an organizational culture in which performance and corporate values matter.
Required Skills and Abilities :
Salesforce.com experience is a plus
5+ years of experience in corporate sales and / or business development; strong preference for experience selling into HR departments
5+ years sales management and / or operations experience, including front line and second level leadership roles
Fluent in Spanish and English, 3rd language is a plus
BA or BS degree. MBA essential
Leadership skills, as well as diplomatic and tactful. Capable of influencing broad audiences by simplifying complex messages and effectively presenting proposals
Excellent research, lead generation, written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
Proven ability to influence others
Proactive, energetic, self-driven , exceptional and effective with both written and communication skills
