IT Infrastructure Delivery Specialist
We are seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Associate Specialist for Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) responsible for UCC Infrastructure Service Delivery in support of PepsiCo’s North America business units.
This includes managing successful outcomes of engagements for UCC infrastructure services delivery with PepsiCo’s strategic partners and suppliers, coordination and prioritization of demand with the business relationship managers with the goal of modernizing PepsiCo’s UCC infrastructure platforms globally in partnership with Architecture, Engineering, Security and Operations teams
Accountable for managing and delivering projects and business as usual demand for UCC - video conference, meeting solutions and end user compute infrastructure projects and programs as part of PepsiCo’s Global IT Infrastructure Transformation
Manage work-in-take for projects and business as usual demand. Create and track service requests assigned to managed service providers in support of business as usual and projects.
Review and approve technical solutions and estimations provided by PepsiCo’s suppliers.
Manage project communications and reporting
Track and report on overall health of the projects including risks and issues; setup and delivery consistent project updates and status via regular project performance scorecards
Ensure that solutions deployed are consistent with IT Architecture and Engineering standards for network, compute, end user computing, cloud and security
Work as a liaison between architects / engineers and business relationship managers to articulate and translate business requirements and corresponding technology solutions and drive alignment across stakeholders
Drive service improvement plans in partnership with internal stakeholders and suppliers to improve the quality and efficiency of Infrastructure service delivery
Ensure handoff to IT Operations team for seamless transition from project completion to ongoing sustain
Keep abreast of internal technology / solutions relevant to supported functions (e.g., PepsiCo Global Standards, Innovation pipeline, emerging technical capabilities) and external technology and solutions relevant to the function

Qualifications / Requirements
Education / requirements
6+ years of experience
Bachelor's Degree Required (computer science, computer engineering, or information systems)
7 or more years of technology and IT experience, with minimum of 4 years in IT Infrastructure services delivery and / or architecture and engineering.
Knowledge of UCC (Unified Communication and Collaboration) voice / video platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and end user computing.
Strong portfolio / program management and delivery skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills working with customers, peers, and service providers.
Ability to partner with multiple internal and vendor teams effectively, manage deliverables and outcomes through multiple managed service providers.
Experience working in a global environment with stakeholders across multiple geographies.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong project management and delivery skills
Ability to work with virtual teams (remote work locations) and lead team of external technical resources (contractors) based in multiple locations globally
Lead technical discussions, driving clarity of complex issues / requirements to build robust solutions
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure library) certification a plus
Ability to work with agile delivery methodologies in the infrastructure space
Strong communication skills to meet with business, understand sometimes ambiguous, needs, and translate to clear, aligned requirements
