Eaton’s Corporate division is currently seeking a PTP Supervisor to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro Office.
The PTP Supervisor is responsible for manages the PTP functions in Mex GFSS, with strong emphasis in establishing, improving and maintaining key PTP metrics and processes necessary to support growth in a shared services environment that processes 500K in invoices annually.
Invoice volume will grow as other Eaton Latin America business units are integrated into the shared service center. This position is responsible for managing a team of employees in Queretaro, Mexico, performing Invoice Management (data entry, Holds, AMEX administration, Process support) and Supplier maintenance and support (Customer Services, T&E approvals, vendor master, disbursements and hold resolution functions), while fostering process improvements and continuous learning.
This position is also responsible for managing activities associated with quality audits (SOX, internal & external).
Some activities related with the position will be :
Work closely with management to teach and install the discipline of execution through daily / weekly reviews of prior day’s productivity and how it relates to PTP activities.
Manages Professional and non-Professional staff, in all subgroups of Invoice Management (i.e. Mail Room, Data Entry, and Hold Resolution Group, AMEX Adminitration), Customer Services, Vendor Master and Disbursments by creating goals, mentoring, coaching and providing opportunities to enhance current skill sets in order to foster / empower an innovative team environment.
Plans and oversees daily production activities by facilitating continuous process improvements and knowledge sharing / transfer of direct reports in order to drive standardization of processes.
Manages metrics to meet goals by ensuring direct reports job functions and activities are performed efficiently in order to support the rapid integration of acquisitions and facilitate divestitures, and reorganizations.
Provides customer support and resolution to issues by metrics monitoring and quality audits in order to assure quality of product to the customer.
Participates on project enhancements as process knowledge expert
Prepares monthly metrics reporting for both senior management and the process team in order to identify areas where progress is being made or opportunities for improvement.
Reviews and approves any necessary changes to the monthly / quarterly SOX Invoice Processing documentation.

Communicates effectively and promptly with internal customers and all levels of management through phone or e-mail.
5 - 7 years accounting or finance experience, AP systems and processes
Knowledge of Accounts Payable systems and processes.
Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suit
Preferred Qualifications :
Shared service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English / Spanish required.
Customer focused with an attitude and ability to define and meet customer expectations.
Prior supervisory experience managing, coaching, and developing needs of Professional and non-Professional staff.
Some knowledge of lean tools such as 3-D analysis, Pareto Charts, and Business Process Improvements (BPI).
