About the job :
As part of DiDi’s Operations team in Latin America, you will work directly with a diverse group of operations and marketing professionals to launch and expand DiDi’s Business Lines in Mexico.
You will learn and be responsible for in-depth data analysis to generate valuable insights for the business. You will create strategies for launching and scaling business lines together with senior operations managers.
You will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns for user acquisition, user retention, and user engagement by working closely with marketing, PR, and other cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities :

Lead your own projects and implement new processes from day 1.
Work on the full deep-dive process; ideation, exploratory research, hypothesizing, project scoping, experimental design, communicating results, drawing insights, and recommending actions to the rest of the leadership team.
Develop investment strategies based on lifecycle profiles (existing users, new users, cross-sell, etc.) and user cohorts
Run experiments to better understand user behavior across different channels and levels of investment
Measures of success : acquisition cost, improving retention curves (by cohort and over time),
Finding and implementing cost-efficient, creative and conventional and unconventional channels to grow our customer base
Creating and executing strategies, testing and experimenting different growth methods
Identify channels to test, perform customer / audience segmentation analysis, optimizing and scaling performing channels
Working closely with the product and engineering team to build viral and growth loops to fuel the product to self-grow
Experiment and test ideas to reach potential new users
Build a small team of entrepreneurs
The Successful applicant :
Experience in high-performance environments, e.g. startups or strategy consulting.
Highly analytical and KPI-driven, with the ability to use structured and unstructured data to develop strategies and draw learnings.
Previous experience in a role requiring rigorous analytical, data-driven problem solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to Co Founders / Leadership Teams.
Hands-on experience developing operations and customer service processes, driven by continuous learning & improvement.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Discussing long-term strategy one day and getting their hands dirty building the next. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and risk associated with this type of business, but excited about the potential for huge growth in the near future.
