Your mission and responsibilities :

  • Full top line responsibility (Orders and Revenue) including Price Realization Factor Fulfilment (PRFF) and market share development according to budget process.
  • Define Sales GTM (direct / indirect) for IVV business for the territory in alignment with ZBLs (DI / AT) and drives implementation.
  • Ensure CRM Excellence execution including proper market coverage, transparency and conversion, funnel adequacy, data quality according to sales operations governance (direct and indirect sales channels) for private and public segments.
  • Directly manage local sales teams including Business Area representatives in the territory (eg Product Sales Specialists, Area Managers) in alignment with BLs / ZBLs.
  • Develop key customer relationships / partnership aiming to maximize our share of wallet and customer satisfaction.
  • Orchestrate company resources (sales, customer service, digital, PSE, etc) to address corresponding stakeholders inside customer organization aiming to maximize positive customer experience and Healthineers presence inside customer, organization.
  • Installed Base strategy implementation (Conversion and Retention)
  • Drive MM-Deals process internally and externally.
  • Ensure sales education strategy and its implementation for products / segments including soft skills / COF2Value...
  • Set targets for local sales teams including Business Partners and drive / monitor performance / productivity.
  • Monitor closely NPS (Net Promoting Score) and lead local organization to ensure customer satisfaction on CRM processes
  • Comply to Siemens Healthineers guidelines in terms of quality, EHS, Compliance and Commercial procedures
  • Ensure attractiveness and retention policies for local PSE and sales organization
  • Key driver for local events in alignment with MSC / MKT&BD
