We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service for the Automotive Industry (Manufacture of automotive interior plastic parts).

Duties & Responsibilities
Update and monitoring of customer demand based on the issuance of releases or purchase orders.
Requirements Variations Analysis
Terminology and structure of demands (releases and purchase orders) issued by the customer
Review and control of FG shipments.
Production Planning / logistics
Customer Account management bases
Advanced Microsoft Office
Customer service and quality Oriented
Customer shipping windows planning
Receive, update customers PO’s in ERP under the established procedures
Negotiating promise dates for customer requirements and recovery plans preparation / presentation for internal approval
Experience with MRP / ERP Systems, preferred PLEX or SAP
Experience : 3 - 5 years in a similar position (customer service)
Experience in Portal Management Toyota and others.
