Are you looking to help make a business impact and surface uncovered account demand? We are looking for someone to contribute to broadening our demand capture activities.

The Aruba Global Marketing Operations team is creating an account intent-based marketing engine which determine whether that account is in market.

This person will play a vital role in ensuring that our pipeline is filled highly qualified marketing accounts. You will identify potential leads for each account who are displaying intent.

Creatively, you will explore ways to optimize and automate processes and implement changes and measure improvement of outputs.

You will collaborate with Inside Sales teams to ensure quality of leads. You will also measure the success of the intent marketing programs across each of the different regions for the Aruba BU.

Responsibilities

  • Identify WW accounts in market based on Aruba intent engine
  • Identify contacts within accounts for lead creation
  • Work with contact identification systems such as Smart E
  • Manage various data segments for intent engine processing
  • Measure lead creation, pipeline efficiency through dashboard creation and weekly, quarterly reporting to support business performance improvement
  • Work within ABM platforms 6sense and Bombora
  • Work within SalesForce / Lightning and the Aruba Eloqua system
  • Coordinates between stakeholders and functional groups to help resolve any issues.
  • Develop and oversee processes for effective data analysis and reporting on the relevant metrics and ensure quality output.
  • Lead Data Management initiative to both improve data quality and process.
  • Education and Experience

  • Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4+ years marketing and / or operational experience.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge and Skills

  • Working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce / Lighting, applications.
  • Knowledge of how Opportunities, Leads, Account and Campaigns process works on SalesForce / Lightning
  • Systems and tools knowledge : SFDC, Roster, DOMO, etc.
  • Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines.
  • Requires excellent organizational and time management skills, professionalism, influencing, negotiation, Customer experience, Communications, Attention to detail.
  • Proactive, and shows initiative and leadership
  • Working with a positive and professional attitude with all team members.
  • Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance
  • Strong written / oral and communications and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with offering category and company offerings / strategy.
