We're currently looking for an excited and talented Job Title to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas :

Make sure the production line meets the required production with all the quality standards, established by the customer and the company

Identify the problems and follow up with the team

Plan the production according to the customer requirements

Have daily control of scarp, lost time, 5'S Overtime when applicable

If you feel you're the right fit, please don't hesitate to apply! For this role we're requiring the following experiences :

Lean manufacturing (5S's, Standarized work, SMED, TPM)

Productive processes (track time, Productivity, Efficiency)

Problem Solutions (core tools, 5Whys's, Ishikawa,)

Supervision of 50 people or more
