Internal Auditor

Collaborate in developing audit programs and procedures relevant to Customer and Demand Management auditing.

Conduct Performance Excellence site reviews as required. These reviews will be conducted mostly remotely. Given Sanmina’s global footprint, this will require, at times, working hours that align with the plant being audited.

Prepare audit reports. Identify and communicate issues to plant management and propose recommendations relevant to business and risk reduction.

Work closely with assigned plants to provide specific training, guidance, and support in best practices related to Customer and Demand Management policies and procedures.

Monitor plant customer and demand management KPI’s and work with plants to drive improvement. Work with functional teams to prevent and correct issues negatively affecting all phases of plant operations.

Prepare trending reports or oversight and continued analysis.

Participation in assigned corporate level improvement projects.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

12+ years in a senior program management role preferably managing large, complex customers

Good understanding of the inter-relationships between programs and other functions within a manufacturing organization

Excellent practical knowledge of applicable Sanmina tools and procedures

Excellent English verbal and writing skills

Excellent MS Office / Google skills

Auditing experience

Ability to work with people of various cultures

Must be able to work with a close knit team

Willing to travel as necessary

Willing to work various shifts as necessary
