  • Create a working environment that is clean, well-organized and that prevents accidents and reduce safety risks for our team members.
  • Ensure that our processes enable our people to produce high quality vehicles with very low risk of committing mistakes.
  • Ensure that our line balancing and processes maximize the VA / NVA ratio while taking into consideration our workers reality, using lean manufacturing tools.
  • Work with logistics to identify the best Kanban and sequencing strategies to maximize efficiency and space usage.
  • Create the proper tools to translate the balancing and work instructions into information that can be used efficiently in a high speed and demanding environment.
  • Deliver the processes for the next generation of vehicles by working closely with the New Project Development team.
  • Participate in developing the FMEA’s to ensure adapted counter-measures to the risks in the vehicles assembly.
  • Help create a continuous improvement culture by using lean manufacturing principles and our BRPMS tools.

  • Bilingual (80% English & Spanish), both oral and written
  • Industrial Engineer or similar
  • Energetic personality and leadership skills
  • Customer oriented and team working skills
  • AutoCAD
  • Knowledge and experience using continuous improvement tools (ex : six sigma)
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a production environment
