Procurement Operations Manager

In this position your responsibilities will be :
Within a regional procurement operations structure, act as a business partner to country Heads of Procurement and provide a single point of contact for all in country procurement operations related questions, feedback, transformations or service escalations in coordination with Global Process Owners ( GPO ), Standards, Compliance and Risk Management ( SCRM )team and Global Service Centers ( GSC ).
Partner with the local country head of procurement and represent local requirements on end-to-end business processes, standards and procedures within Global Procurement Operations
Lead local implementation, change management and adoption of global procurement systems, standards, processes and procedures (including delivery of training, local documentation and / or communications as required).
Drive continuous improvement and simplification of local procurement processes in alignment with global procurement operations
Support preparation and execution of local compliance and controls initiatives e.g. Audit, BPC reviews
Deliver remote training for users within country / region as needed
Coordinate activities with and support other procurement operations managers within the region.

University degree, Master desirable
Fluent English, Spanish and French
3-7 years of experience of working in a global environment in a similar position :
Experience with procurement operations and category sourcing
Experience working with GxP related processes
Experience in working with outsourced and captive shared service organizations.
