  • Business partnering with Supply Operations function to bring data led insights that supports the delivery of the financial goals, acting as an active risk manager and guide smart business decisions, always looking to deliver through standard, simple and automated end to end processes.

    Assure timely and accurate reporting of financials, KPI s and cost under solid internal control framework and efficient finance processes, lead the delivery of the productivity agenda (make & move) and the global programs to efficient E2E processes.

  • Leads finance process improvement projects and identifies opportunities to leverage ISC and other markets best practices.
  • Leads financial evaluation and delivery of productivity projects for make and move.
  • Leads the W2W process to assure the integrity of main assets as inventory and fixed assets.
  • Assures the compliance of CARM controls in Supply Finance (Internal Control Champion).
  • Degree on Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  • Minimum experience of 5 years on finance or supply finance teams.
  • Accounting, Cost accounting and analysis, financial reporting, project management, auditing and internal control.
  • Desired : MBA, CFA or other similar qualifications.
  • Fluent spoken English and full professional proficiency in reading and writing.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point
  • Difficulty to work as a real team player.
  • Lack of strong financial capabilities.
  • Miscommunication with other key players.
  • Not being able to escalate issues on time.
  • Work based in GDL office.
  • Being able to travel to Atotonilco & Arandas as required (2 days a week)
  • Home Office when needed according to the work schedule.
