We are looking for an Operation CTB AVP interested in achieving results through project management and implementation, as well as strategic solutions and tactics design that cover the operative and business needs.

We offer :

An exciting opportunity to design projects through the analysis of current Front to Back processes needs.

To plan and coordinate tasks and actions in order to implement strategic solutions and projects.

Manage available resources to implement the designed plans

Keep a close control and following up of projects to analyze and evaluate their efficiency.

Efficiently solve issues and needs from the operative area so that they become strategic solutions for the business.

You offer :

Continuous improvement to operations, processes, delivery and quality control measures that guarantee our internal and external client s satisfaction and mitigate risks.

Efficient project delivery that complies with what was agreed

Daily processes optimization that leads to time savings and an increase in operative capacity.

Tactic tools development that improve the team s performance.

Bussiness Management, Finance or Accounting Bachelor Degree

4-6 years of experience in Back Office functions

Excel, Visio and Power Point advanced knowledge

Desirable knowledge in VBA, C#,R,SQL
