What you'll do :
As a Commercial Development Sr. Director you will lead and integrate ACP strategy negotiation with BU and segments, ensuring initiatives on field , Segment and BU relationship management and initiative development for mutual profitable growth, in order to maximize profit, net revenue, value creation and increase SOM.
Responsible for PMF Sales Commercial strategy integration and implementation (short, medium and long term), performance visibility & management, also responsible of the BU connection to develop portfolio strategy to ensure solutions that maximize customer growth.
Roles & Responsibilities May Include :
You will be a strategic Leader of DSD, OT, WHSL Channel commercial development with BU approach .
Lead and integrate the Commercial Strategy with BUs and Channels to ensure the channel development and increase share of market.
Lead and facilitate complex and senior agenda between segment and Business Units.
Maximize resources. Budget management and investments.
Lead and facilitate agenda with leaders due to the complexity and seniority.
Accountable of the complete scope (Bus and Channels) of the commercial strategy to ensure efficiency in the process.
Principal matrix connection in order to ensure alignment and efficiency in the process.
Build & maintain strong relationships with functional partners in order to improve the customer satisfaction scores.
Integrate long term strategy for the cluster / segment / customer across BU's.
Effectively lead and develop multifunctional team.
Identify process opportunities and coordinate actions.
Leads Channel Revenue Management strategy and supports initiatives development.
Integrate BU-Channel innovation, renovation and promotions plan ensuring Bus and channels balanced priorities.
Channel and BU relationship management.
Maximize profit, net revenue and increase SOM through initiative development and deployment aligned to BU and Channel strategy.
Lead, aligned with BU, channel portfolio strategy total Channel and by Customer segment.
Ensure Categories growth in all Channels based on market trends, Deep Shopper Knowledge and Retailer & PepsiCo strategy.
Lead and integrate annual commercial plan with the related Segments / Channels & Business Units
Ensure innovation and initiatives are deployed on field aligned with ACP being the main matrix connection
Integrate BU-Channel Commercial Plan innovation, and initiatives plan ensuring BUs balanced priorities
Continuously seek opportunities to develop business proposals to reach and exceed business objectives, through an understanding of market, competition, consumer needs, Customer requirements and strategies, portfolio development, pricing, sales and profitability
Lead & ensure multifunctional alignment and support to fulfill Customer Value Offer & plan
Co-responsible to define innovation forecast
Develop and deliver AOP
Work cross-functionally to drive alignment and achieve business goals at retail across Marketing, Merchandising, Commercial Category Development, Channel Development, Trade Events, CTs, Execution Support
Qualifications / Requirements
What you'll bring :
Education : Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering
At least 5 years of experience on Marketing and Sales
Fluid English 100% oral and written
Working knowledge of data management and / or Nielsen preferred
Understanding of shopper insights
Experience with database management
Ability to handle highvolume, multiple priorities
Leadership abilities and management skills
Ability to work collaboratively
Expert Analytical and descision making and problem solving skills
Skills to interact with all levels of the organization
Ability to manage complex agendas
