Now we are looking for this position :

BI Reporting and Analytics

Main Purpose

Coordinate and enhance the reporting agenda in LATAM. Design and develop visualization capabilities and automate & enhance reporting.

Business Partner with the functional and technology teams for continues improvements, service delivery, troubleshooting and any data or performance issues.

Accountabilities

  • Lead Business Intelligence operational and commercial relationship across LATAM
  • Play the role of gatekeeper for new requirements related to the operations and commercial areas by providing solution either with existing reporting tools or by enhancing new functionalities.
  • Develop visualization capability by enhancing report automation and interactive dashboards generation across sector
  • Establish process to identify, track, escalate, resolve and report customer problems
  • Responsible of KPI’s and reports harmonization as well the standardization of KPI’s
