What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Sales Processing Specialist to respond to requests from internal customers thru ORION. To provide support of efforts to acquire, retain, and grow customer base, by preparing licensing documents for Sales and Services.
To validate all signed software orders, logging and tracking thru ORION.
You will :
Provide rapid, focused response to requests via sales processing procedures.
Have a thorough understanding of sales processing applications and maintains an awareness of related internal resources and tools.
Possess understanding of company pricing and licensing procedures. Serve as point of contact for sales coordinators and account teams questions regarding pricing and sales policy.
Pre-team : Prepare paperwork as requested, and may review standard quotations for accuracy; may work with other departments to finalize contracts and invoicing.
Post-team : Review and assess contractual documents for new software licenses, understanding the implication of proper revenue recognition
Support the account team by gathering information from, or making requests of, other. Departments (ex : Global Pricing Team, Contracts, and Legal).
Assist with knowledge-sharing activities for account team, sales support personnel, and team members.
Periodically perform quality checks with internal partners and identifies any changes, as needed.
Support team efforts by, contributing information to internal web sites as well as other internal knowledge-sharing sources, and participating in proactive outreach to Sales or Sales Support.
Participate in other duties and projects as assigned; organizes and prioritizes project work in light of department goals.

Skill in analyzing resolutions for a specific business questions and issues
Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Skill in use of sales order processing applications
Basic reading Excel spreadsheet skills
Good customer services skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with the flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the company and its customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to initiate and build effective relationships with key individuals in other departments
Degree in Business or related field

Other knowledge, skills, and abilities
Typically requires two years’ experience in an administrative, customer service, contracts, or finance position supporting a sales function.
Experience in using business applications. Experience in sales support and customer service is preferred.
