Answer / own customer RO Sales Order inquiries routed through the customer service 800 number.
Create, maintain and follow through on customer purchase orders and request for quotes using SAP and customer based EDI systems.
Analyze and action various monthly reports to determine areas for improvement and increase customer satisfaction.
Work cooperatively with several other and groups to improve response time to customer inquiries, orders, and general questions.
