Position Description :

The Customer Fulfillment Team Leader is responsible for managing the day- to- day operations of the NA Customer Fulfillment team, ensuring the team provides tactical support to the NA Sales organization through proactive backlog management, supply and critical account updates, and urgent issue resolution to ensure customer orders are manufactured and shipped according to the customer’s service level agreement.

The position will work with Sales teams on forecast projections, product transitions and supply shortage alternatives as well as monitor internal KPI performance and control related tasks performed by the team.

Position Requirements :

  • Demonstrated success and solid reputation for leading people & teams; motivating, recognizing, rewarding, coaching, training and problem solving.
  • Motivate and inspire team members thru personal example (role model). Create environment oriented to trust and cohesive team effort.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes & systems
  • Passion for the Customer and ability to advocate customer interests / requirements into actionable workstreams (Sales is our customer and voice of the customer).
  • Must have excellent communication skills; able to work with teams across cultures and time zones, fostering trust and collaboration
  • Inquisitive thinking; never taking information at face value or drawing conclusions too quickly
  • Experience creating presentations, adjusting the message and level of detail to the audience. Comfortable presenting to Executives.
  • Ability to perform business analytics; create and analyze complex and custom reporting
  • Meeting Management; lead weekly cadence meetings, ensure actions are documented and followed thru.
  • Lead Tem thru Digital Transformation Initiatives new tools and automation
