Job Description :
Under close supervision, conducts internal quality controls to ensure established quality procedures and norms are followed.
Conducts routine quality analysis and tests / inspections of a quality control program, where duties and tasks are standardized.
Monitors and records inconsistencies with quality procedures and norms. Prepares standard quality analyses and recommends necessary quality procedure changes.
Records and analyzes customer claims. Learning role with 1 to 2 years of experience.
