Ability to troubleshoot customer service issues, and complete reversals / chargebacks as necessary.
Technical support with banks for Beacon implementations.
Function independently in execution of daily responsibilities.
1. Education and Experience
Minimum of two years Cash App and reconciliation required.
Cash Application experience required.
Microsoft Excel / Pivot Tables.
In depth knowledge of General Ledger processes related to Cash Application.
Solid mathematical and General Accounting Principles is required.
Proficient writing, verbal and analytical skills required.
Basic customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of management.
Ability to research payments in Oracle.
Attention to detail, accurate data entry and effective organization skills.
Ability to work with a team of associates to achieve or exceed established team / department goals required.
Ability to work independently to achieve or exceed established individual goals required.

The ability to travel up to 5%of the time may be required.
Process customer account maintenance requests, including customer refunds.
