As a Research Analyst, you will use business and industry intelligence for decision making on a wide range of issues.
You will provide problem-solving partnership, advanced business analysis, and synthesized recommendations to consultants and firm clients.
You'll provide high-quality problem solving and analysis for McKinsey consultants, contribute to expanding the Research & Analytics team’s capabilities, and participate in training and knowledge sharing.
You will work in a fast-paced team environment combining business and industry intelligence to solve a variety of business problems.
Also, you will often engage independently with clients and consultants by devising analytical methodologies and innovative approaches to solve clients’ most relevant business questions and being responsible for executing such analysis.
You will then clearly and constructively communicate such findings to consultants and clients.
You will develop / contribute to a broad knowledge base on the analytic methods and techniques, as well as relevant data and information sources, used in business analysis.
Furthermore, you'll deliver prime business insights on financial institutions in Spanish Latin America and will also deliver research on digital transformation & strategy in the sector.
