General Summary :

TheMarketing Assistant is a valued member of the North American and LAC IndustrialMarketing team. He / she will be a key contributor to marketing strategy andexecution.

This role supports the NA and LAC Industrial Marketing Teams with awide variety of initiatives, including marketing content development andcoordination, lead management, translation, printing, invoice processing, aswell as other responsibilities.

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities :

  • Develop content, including copywriting, proofreading, and the selection of imagery, for digital marketing programs, including email, social and blog.
  • Manage the printing, regionalization and translation of marketing materials for US and Canada.
  • Process and code invoices for the NA and LAC Industrial Marketing Teams.
  • Contribute to lead management for LAC.
  • Support content management by maintaining and updating content databases (e.g. Asset Bank, Showpad, 360 Toolbox).
  • Assist with the coordination and administration of tradeshow events.
  • Provide general marketing execution and administration as needed.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience
  • 2-3 of relevant marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
  • Competent with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluentin English
