What you will be doing

Working as an Inside Sales Account Manager your main task is to engage in outbound communications and campaigns with HID end users, key consultants, strategic business alliances and channel partners while fostering a relationship in a consultative manner.

Works to achieve sales profitability within the assigned region. The Inside Sales Account Manager will also receive and process inbound communications which will capitalize on HID PACS product and solutions, whilst utilizing SalesForce (SFDC) CRM and align to the PACS Inside Sales 'Playbook'.

This position will play a key role in supporting HID's growth in our Latin America and North America markets.

Qualifications

Individuals with 5+ years of solution sales with successful track record of delivering business results

Business fluency in English and Spanish (written & verbal) are required

Capability of developing strong, direct relationships with key decision makers

Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Strong telephone sales experience along with proactive outbound experience

Ability to communicate and present solutions to executive levels

Interest in Security, IT and trends

Bachelor's degree or 10+ years working experience

Computer Skills

Working knowledge of Oracle ERP and Salesforce

Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
