Direct Hire Solution is looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant who has genuine interest to connect people with the world of work.
The main responsibilities are to :
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current open positions
Managing a high call volume to reach qualified candidates.
Pre-screening on the phone and conducting interviews.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Use applicant tracking systems and other recruiting systems to track applicants through the selection phase to on-boarding.
Undergraduate degree with at least 3 years of recruiting experience
Strong ability to drive and deliver results
Prior professional experience working in an environment with a high volume of client or customer interaction.
Effective communication skills.
Positive attitude and strong desire to learn
