Summary and Scope
The New Business Associate will be responsible for tracking, supporting, and analyzing the outbound sales activity of the Digital Strategy, Marketing, and Executive teams.
This individual will have strong project management and communication skills, an eye for innovation and improvement of processes, and the ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration and coordination.
They will be a power user of Rise sales technologies and platforms, and will manage and maintain company and contact information for Rise target accounts in Salesforce.
The New Business Associate will analyze outbound efforts and make strategic recommendations to improve performance to drive new business leads.
The Associate will report into the New Business Coordinator.
Coordinate and track outreach activities across key stakeholders, including Digital Strategy, Marketing, and Executive teams to ensure messaging and touchpoints with prospects is consistent and coordinated
Maintain company and contact data in Salesforce for target accounts
Source key individuals at target companies and provide outreach list and recommendations to Digital Strategy Business Development Team
Meet KPIs that align to activities to measure efficacy in improving outbound marketing processes
Help support analysis of outreach activities, the Rise website, sales intelligence tools, virtual event attendees, and digital media leads
Assist in managing Salesforce and Pardot updates, reports, and maintenance
Manage the SWAG inventory and request process for the business development team and work with Marketing Associate for event SWAG needs
Understand overall marketing and outbound sales strategy, and partner with stakeholders across marketing and sales to execute integrated plans
Become a subject matter expert in Rise services and differentiators, and be able to speak to and evolve ideas on how to message our outbound marketing strategy
Support ad hoc requests and accommodate quick-turn tasks
Create new tools, repositories, and reports as needed to drive efficiency in communication
1-2 years of marketing or project management experience preferred
Fluent in English : written and spoken with strong communication skills
High competency level in Google Apps Suite (including Gmail, Google Docs, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office : PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Bachelor’s degree required
Pardot and Salesforce experience are added bonuses
Proven ability to take direction and input in order to develop effective project management processes that will achieve organizational goals

Outstanding organization, business fundamentals and project management skills with the ability to mobilize and manage cross-team projects quickly and effectively
