A day in the life of...
Accountable for effective operational support and service management processes, overall ensuring that quality, efficiency, productivity and agility targets are achieved.
Assist others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommend smart (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely) solutions.
Provide deep specialist consulting, guidance and support for at least three of the products supported by your team : Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Planner, Flow, PowerApps, Forms, Sway, Delve), Exchange 2016, Social Collaboration (Workplace, Kontiki, Stream, intranet), Directory Services (AD, Azure AD, DNS, ADFS) and Microsoft Office Pro Plus.
Ensure IT strategic service partners provide the required level of service, system performance and functionality required to meet business commitments.
Oversee, in coordination with product or platform teams, the sustain support processes including incident, problem, change and configuration management, deployment, retirement and leverage of our Social and Collaboration Products and platforms.
Support the technical activity (design, build, testing) in significant or complex innovation initiatives, be accountable for the quality delivery of new technoligies, as well as provide mentoring and sharing technology knowledge with the business and your team members.
Deliver and support efficient, secure and compliant IT systems that fulfil the business needs.
Support the implementation and management of IT quality and efficiency improvements.
What will make you successful
Full-time in the Mexico HQ with some flexibility to work remotely.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or related studies and experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft collaboration technologies.
Effective English communication.
Certified on and / or expertise working with at least three of the following technologies : Office 365 products, Exchange 2016, Directory Services, Microsoft Office suite, Social Collaboration Tools (Workplace by Facebook), intranet technologies.
PowerShell scripting and use for systems management.
Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, face-to-face and remote.
Proven ability working in Agile project teams, providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks that take account of technical and architectural needs.
Experience working in industry user groups with key technology partners.
Strong Understanding the practical application of technology trends, leading industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester)s and new evolving business models.
