Here at Mars Food we have a fantastic development opportunity for a Demand Planning Manager to join our sales team. This role will see you be accountable for preparing and managing a rolling 3-year sales account forecast for input into the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Your key objective will be to achieve sales targets and accuracy that maximise sales potential through improved customer service levels and reduce out of stocks and impact to our business.
You will also play a major role in driving a collaborative forecast alignment with Woolworths who are a critical business customer.

Strong skills in planning and attention to detail.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Communicate and collaborate with key cross function stakeholders on daily out of stock identification and resolution.
