  • In this position, the Senior Unit Manager HR will explore innovative means to review HR operations effectiveness; execute unit specific performance management initiatives;
  • Provide direction to design employee engagement to assist the unit staffing solution. Responsible to improve candidate engagement and ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to improved performance within the guidelines and policies of the organization.

    Location for this position is Mexico. This position may require travel up to 80% and / or relocation.


  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 9 years of experience including 5 years of relevant work experiences in HR domain.
  • Preferred :

  • HR domain knowledge of specific areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Organization Development,
  • Coaching and Mentoring skills for team building, client facing skills.
  • Crisis handling tasks
  • Strategy formulation based on inputs based on learning and previous iterations.
  • Facilitate timely flow of information for analytics and reporting for different HR processes.
  • Drive corporate programs and special / strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and review the following HR operations, Performance management framework
  • Manage and support the following aspects Employee Assimilation, Hiring and Deployment, Performance Management.
  • Execute unit specific performance management framework,
  • Monitor the employee governance process and adherence to code of conduct.
  • Manage all aspects of reporting, analytics and metrics as required.
  • The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.

    Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
