Lead UI / UX Designer

We are seeking a solution-oriented UI / UX Designer to work alongside a talented team of professionals to deliver high-quality and intuitive web user experiences.

This individual will be responsible for crafting compelling design and user experiences and will work with other teams to take new website and software products from initial concept through to market launch.

The ideal candidate will possess the curiosity and empathy to deeply understand our users’ goals / needs and the passion to drive evidence-based design decisions.

Work with product managers, developers, customer support and marketing team members to understand business objectives and technology requirements

Develop and implement a coherent design vision encompassing the entire product ecosystem, including current and future offerings

Design web site and application user interfaces / experiences by rapidly executing high-quality design artifacts such as site maps, user flows, wireframes, screen mockups, interactive prototypes and data visualizations to support multiple agile teams

Confidently present UI / UX designs to stakeholders, users and development teams in formal and informal settings. Articulate and demonstrate how design solutions address user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and other project requirements.

3+ years of relevant design experience at a product-led software company as lead UI / UX designer

Online portfolio of work highlighting web design, UI design software design, UX research, analytical decision-making, and strategic thinking

Expert capability in creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, using Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Figma, XD, InVision or other similar design tools

Self-starter mentality and demonstrated experience taking ownership of projects with limited direction

Excellent interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills

Relentless focus on quality and high attention to detail

Exceptional time management skills and the ability to execute on multiple projects with concurrent timelines

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environment, participating in and contributing to the ceremonies and processes that drive continuous improvement

English is a must
