Knowledge of total Company KPIs, source of growth for Motorola Mx, macrobrand & media strategy and retail channel strategy.
Annual sales & investment analysis, for each retailer in charge.
Deep knowledge of the vision, objectives, strategies & activities byretailer in charge.
Investigation of insights & new communication tools / media of the industry,competitors, and more specifically for the clients in charge, its shopper andits trends.
Develop the annual marketing strategy by retailer considering budget.
Develop the quarterly marketing strategy by retailer considering budget.
Responsible of marketing retail budget for the retailers in charge.
Develop marketing launch strategies by retailer considering budget andaligned to retail channel launch strategy.
Provide strategic direction to TRADE MKTG to win at each retailer in charge.
Develop proposals that changes sales trend, based on sales weekly knowledgeby retailer.
Daily business follow up to assure the execution of the marketing plan atretailer in charge.
Qualitative & quantitative analysis of the investment (ROI / learning) ofactivities invested.
Develop content proposals for Motorola Campaigns on each retailer, based oninsights.
Develop strategic presentations for middle & top management of internal &external clients.
Brief, execution & post evaluation of holistic comktg campaigns from ATL (on& off media) to mktg experience at POS.
Negotiations with the retailer s buyers to approve the marketing plan &investment to get the approval and achieve additional actions without costsfor Motorola.
Self continuously develop of marketing & managerial skills (strategicthinking, consumer centricity, planning & organizing).
Position Requirements :
Basic foundations of marketing (brand positioning, brand equity, consumerinsights, mktg mix)
Basic media plan (direction to planning team and basic evaluation of mediaplans (Off & On KPIs)
Basic knowledge of financial variables & its impact to the business
Advanced english (oral & written)
Trade Marketing foundations
