As part of theCorporate & Investment Bank business, Global Banking consists of CoverageBankers (Client Executives) and Product Execution teams for Treasury Services,Trade, Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), andDebt Capital Markets (DCM).
Client Executives organized by industries andcountries serve as the primary point of contact for J.P. Morgan's issuerclients.
Key responsibility includes building and maintaining clientrelationships, opportunity identification that fit client strategy and industryexpertise.
Product bankers provideexecution capabilities, scale, global platform and comprehensive solutions forclient financial needs.
Rolesand Responsibilities :
Opportunityto join the TS Sales Mexico team as part of the Financial Institutions Groupcoverage team, helping to cover Banks, subsidiaries of North American and APACHead-
Quartered banks operating in Mexico, Public Sector, Insurance Companies,Asset Managers, Pension Funds, Card Processors, and other Specialty Financecompanies.
Work with Bankers and Treasury Servicessales managers (TSMs) to manage the firm’s relationships with FIG clients basedin Mexico, helping to maintain regular calling across the client portfolio
Work intimately with domestic and overseascoverage and product partners to identify opportunities to providesophisticated treasury solutions to clients
Stay current on all aspects of the clientrelationship, including revenue levels, credit exposure, KYC complianceetcetera
Conduct comprehensive client analysis toidentify strategic opportunities to market JPMorgan's treasury servicesproducts and solutions to address client specific needs
Provide support and assistance to TSMs innegotiating and finalizing documentation for pricing updates, RFPs, clientevents and other ad-hoc proposals
Coordination of Know Your Client (KYC)processes as related to record remediation, renewals and new on-boarding
Help manage and respond to clientscreening and disposition requests (GFCC, sanctions, AML, anti-corruption, PEP,news, etcetera)
Become responsible for pipelineinformation accuracy and other sales governance processes through Corporatesales tool
Streamline reporting and createscalability in order to support new initiatives
SkillsRequired & Profile :
1-2 years background in Sales / Finance / Customer Service
Have a strong analytical toolkit as wellas good research skills
Understanding of Treasury Servicesbusiness model and client base preferred
Enthusiastic, highly motivated andeffective under tight timeframes and pressure
Strong work ethic, ability to work withconfidential information
Large ability to multi-task, prioritizeand meet key deadlines, delivering in a fast moving business environment
Ability to recognize a client's needs andapply solution selling requiring a deep comprehension of TS products.
Excellent communication abilities andsales orientation
Highly independent with good ability towork efficiently with offshore teams
Proactive with strong initiative and goodteam player with ability to take ownership
Fluency in English and Spanish communication;written and verbal
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
