GENERAL DESCRIPTION The HR Generalist is both a strategic and hands on role that provides Human Resources support to our nationwide operations The role is critical in executing our people initiatives providing great internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement to communication training recruiting initiatives ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp The HR Generalist will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Human Resources data and systems Leads continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that the local strategies organization remains fit for purpose and is constantly exploiting new ways of working and lean methodology to ensure a great communication training environment experience nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of annual training program and enhancing the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employee s performance aligned with company s core values needs and business strategies nbsp Ensure fulfillment of specific training programs that provide adequate training to all organization to keep qualified staff and start recommending preventive and corrective actions for the execution of the company training Detect organizational training needs Identify ideal suppliers to cover internal training gaps and coordinate the execution of those trainings with suppliers Evaluate internal and external trainings and consolidate results and their impact Coordinate logistics for in house trainings taking care of equipment and training materialControl training annual Budget o nbsp nbsp Communicate actively with business leaders staff and field employees about the available learning and development options for example what competence assessments and learning offerings are available how to utilize internal learning system nbsp Develop and execute communication plan at the heart of our business responsible for the internal branding strategy of our initiatives with our associates timely communicate the important messages in our day to day as well as the strategies of our new projects taking a nationwide scope in the communication of messages at an organizational level dissemination of events and management of internal campaigns and process Development and implementation of the annual communication plan internal communication campaigns activities and material for communications organizational announcements town halls Development and execution of the company s annual events plan Events and integration activities and their logistics New Year s Party Wellness Events Health Week Kids Day nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Conducts recruitment initial efforts for all personnel interns and temporary employees conducts new employee orientations launching recruitment search activities including media ads internet advertising searches creates an environment to support the ChemTreat initiative to attract hire and develop diversity candidates nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Researches and consolidates information required for analysis of Human Resources Operations Performs special projects as assigned nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Ensures that Labor and Employment law is followed to minimize corporate exposure to liability Consults with supervisor KNOWLEDGE SKILLS nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Must have strong English language skills both written and verbal nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Solid understanding of learning and development trends Demonstrated ability to plan and manage annual training and track and report out on updates for government structure nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp KPI s monitoring and improvement plans as needed for communication training matters nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Excellent written and oral communication skills grammar and proofreading skills for L D communications nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Ability to work independently and organize time across multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Proven ability to provide top notch customer service to internal and external candidates nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Must be a well organized team player with good interpersonal skills maturity and credibility to develop relationships at all levels Excellent collaboration and cross cultural skills nbsp EDUCATION EXPERIENCE nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Bachelor s degree in human resources phycology or a related field nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp 5 years of experience as generalist of human resources leading as principal activities 3 years of diverse professional experience in learning and development training communication Recruiting for global transnational company nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Intimate knowledge of Human Resources policies procedures laws standards and government regulations regarding training labor relationships nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Advanced level in Microsoft Office applications including Excel PowerPoint Word and some
