Sr. System Integration Sp . will be responsible for implementing cloud customer experience platform, NICE inContact, Omnichannel Routing, Workforce Optimization, Analytics, Automation and Artificial Intelligence across Honeywell’s customer contact centers.
Providing technical configuration and programming as required
Provide inputs to costing plan for projects, risk analysis and change control
Conducting comprehensive cost / benefit analysis and provide inputs to business case for projects
Supervising during project life cycle
Providing technical support for the inContact applications running in production.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Sciences
Expertise in NICE inContact contact center technology stack like ACD / IVR, MAX, CxOne, Quality Management, ECHO / Satmetrix survey, WFM etc.
5+ years of experience working in an implementation capacity with technical teams and business customers
At least one or two deployments using NICE InContact
Technical configuration experience with CRM systems
Identify optimization and automation opportunities, develop rollout and upgrade plans
Participate in deployment and transition into steady state operations
Act as a liaison between business, supplier partners & end users
