Job Description

The Performance Marketing Manager role for Mexico and other spanish speaking countries in LATAM presents an excellent opportunity for a fluent Spanish speaker who is looking for a compelling challenge - you will be focused on delivering new customer acquisition for all Spanish speaking countries, growing MQLs, SALs, Opportunities, and ultimately, Bookings.

You will be in charge of building out demand capture and demand generation channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social and review sites and working on developing test channels such as direct buys, e-newsletters, affiliates etc.

to grow the overall Spanish Speaking Countries market.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is skilled in managing digital advertising channels such as paid search, paid social and display.

What will your responsibilities be

Own the marketing media mix for Spanish speaking countries in LATAM, working closely with the regional marketing and advertising leadership to establish the distribution of budget by channels and deliver the best ROAS possible

Build best in class digital practice for LATAM through both proven (Paid Search, Paid Social, Review Sites) and channels to test (programmatic, direct buys, affiliates, etc.)

Plan, activate and optimize digital media across multiple channels, from SEM to Paid Social and Display, working closely with the HQ team to adapt and evolve the roadmaps of each channel for LATAM

Keep a close pulse on the LATAM budget and KPI pacing as well as efficiency- making daily adjustments to performance levers such as creative, targeting and bidding to ensure performance marketing goals are achieved

Take initiatives to explore new platforms and inventory sources to test that can grow the LATAM business

Collaborate with the creative team in order to build LATAM specific creative where needed, and providing them with feedback on what works, what doesn’t with the objective to build a pipeline of new assets pertinent to each advertising channel

Report on the performance of each channel and of the overall media mix for the country, working with the analytics team as required

What skills are we looking for?

Fluency in Spanish - you will be making independent decisions on the relevant keywords and the right ad copy to use for your campaigns including frequently assessing Search query reports and making critical business decisions, all of which require language expertise

At least 8 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search, Paid Social and / or Affiliate marketing campaigns with ROI focused goals

Cross channel experience, with proven ability in managing an entire media mix and scaling multiple channels successfully

Performance-based mindset - ability to understand the levers that drive performance and the actions needed to optimize campaigns (audience, bids / budgets, creative, conversion rate levers)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
