You will be responsible for :
Manage and monitor supplier quality performance
Supplier claim handling and managing of related 8Ds
Conducting technical audits at Suppliers, drive supplier corrective actions and supplier development programs
Handle supplier requests of waivers
Manage Supplier PAPP definition, review and approvals
Receiving and responding on change requests from suppliers
Manage incoming inspection processes and procedures
Ensure and monitor ongoing compliance of suppliers to Danfoss standards and compliance requirements
Your Education and Experience :
BS in mechanical engineering or related field with 3 to 4 years working experience in quality department
Experience in supplier quality management
Fluent in English
Knowledge of IATF 16949 : 2016 (certified auditor is a plus)
In depth knowledge and proven experience in in root cause problem solving techniques using 8D and FTA tools with a San Gen Shugi attitude
Experience in quality core tools and processes such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, process audit and project management
Strong knowledge in SAP and SAP QM
A pro-active person who will seek out and implement additional tasks that add value to the company.
Lean manufacturing experience
Must be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and make necessary decisions
Be able to deal with a high-pressure environment
